IP SUPPS does not currently offer a commercial satisfaction guarantee or returns for a change of mind, whether the bottle is opened or unopened. This policy does not limit any rights available to you under applicable consumer law.

Damaged, defective or incorrect orders

Contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number, clear photographs, and a description of the issue. We will review your request and arrange a replacement or refund for eligible claims. Opening a bottle does not automatically exclude a claim involving a defect.
